I wiped my 19 year old son out arm wrestling last night.
He never had a chance.
It felt good because the little guy lifts weights every day.
And he's got a good 2 inches on me.
Maybe he was just humoring me?

Was he improperly balanced? How long has he lifted?

I can still beat my younger brother and he does the same.

Edit: I beat him on the last one. When it boils down to it it's not how many times you won, but who won last.

He's lifted for a couple of years and was properly balanced.
I could see the sweat popping out on his forehead.
But in all fairness, I do have 30 years on the kid
