Looking for Rental

My roommate just got accepted into the TSU Grad program and we need to find a place quickly. We're looking for 2 bedrooms, near the campus that is affordable. We'd prefer walking distance since neither of us have a car and her classes may be later in the day.

We'd prefer a house but if it's an apartment, we're fine with that.

Some of the things we're looking for:

MUST allow pets.

If an apartment:

Washer/Dryer connection
Downstairs
No carpet (if possible [roommate has allergies])
