I'm one. Or, should I say I was till about 7 months ago when our 2nd was born. Hope to get time for a big brew day in Jan. Want to do 20-25 gallons in a day. But, we'll see if the women let that happen.

btw, I'm in Irmo off of North Lake Dr. Where are you?

I'm a bit east in Florence but make my way west for the trout drop in the saluda around Irmo Dec through April.

Fly fish the morning stop by a for brew session in the afternoon?

All grain? extract? partial? I'm now all grain for sessions and partials for BIG OG's

I went to my first one last month, actually, at Thomas Creek. I've worked for the university for almost 10 years. Been brewing for 1.5 years. You?

I've missed the last few, only get to go to 2 or 3 a year. Started brewing in '04. What do you do for the University? I work across the street at International Paper (we have a small graphics office there).

Sorry, it been so long getting back to this post. Been tied up with the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm in Lexington S.C.
