Let us know how that Manny clone turns out. I want to try one soon. I'm a member on HBT and we have a pretty good thread about cloning that beer. They apparently use Thames Valley yeast.

I am from HBT, I just bottled a Hard Cider, I have a Scottish aging. I bought the Diamond Knot IPA kit from Homebrew Heaven in Everett. This was a great purchase. This is a good beer. If you like ipa's try it you can get it online.

I now have 20 gallons fermenting inside the house because the temperatures have dropped here lately. The whole house smells like beer now! Hehehehe!
