If you're counting the elected Massachusetts crooks at the federal level, Barney Frank wins hands down for Mass, probably the entire East coast..

To be honest....
Barney Frank has done some good things for this state, but his personal affairs are, well....crazy.

Anyone who would have an affair with a prostitute (Gay or not), would have to have their judgment called into question, no?
